Do you provide design service?
Yes absolutely.Bring your designs to life. With just an small fee let our experienced Creative team put their creativity to work, so you'll have AWESOME designs that resonates with your Brand!
Can I provide Design file?
Yes! And small touch ups on your design is absolutely free!
What type of artwork files do you accept?
Your artwork needs to be in AI or SVG vector files. If you do not have a vector file, we recommend 300dpi or higher in either PNG or JPEG. Alternatively we provide design services as well.
What is the minimum order?
50pcs, if the product color and fabric is already available at our store

Can I get a sample before I proceed with the bulk order ?
Yes. Please note, a small sample production fee may apply.
How are the prices quoted ?
Prices are quoted based on the type of product, number of print placements, number of artwork colors and artwork print size. If any confustion, our representatives are always here to help you.

Your products are made in TEXUD's own production house located at Ashulia, Savar to ensure consistant and high production quality.
How does TEXUD ensure product quality ?
Our products go through rigorous quality checks, from the sourcing of sustainable materials to the final manufacturing process, ensuring durability and customer satisfaction.
Does TEXUD support eco-friendly manufacturing ?
Absolutely. We utilize our leftover cottons to recycle and prouduce bio-degradable packaging. We are committed to ethical sourcing practices to minimize environmental impact.
What is the turnaround time for an order?
Our standard turnaround time is 10-14 days after the workorder is placed, depending on the order size and customization details. If we have to manufacture the fabric, then additional time may be required.
