| Can I provide Design file? |
| Yes! And small touch ups on your design is absolutely free! |
| What type of artwork files do you accept? |
| Your artwork needs to be in AI or SVG vector files. If you do not have a vector file, we recommend 300dpi or higher in either PNG or JPEG. Alternatively we provide design services as well. |
| What is the minimum order? |
| 50pcs, if the product color and fabric is already available at our store |

| Our standard turnaround time is 10-14 days after the workorder is placed, depending on the order size and customization details. If we have to manufacture the fabric, then additional time may be required. |
