Refund Policy
Effective date: 01 October 2025
1) Scope
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly from Texud via our website, email, or account managers.
By placing an order, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
2) Product Types & Eligibility
- Custom Products (your logo/design/specs): Refunds are generally not offered once
production has started or goods are delivered. For defects or significant non-conformities caused by Texud,
our first remedy is repair or replacement. Refunds may be issued only if replacement is not reasonably possible.
- Standard/Non-custom Products: Unused items in original packaging may be returned
within 3 days of delivery for a refund, subject to inspection and policy terms below.
3) What Qualifies for Replacement/Refund
- Manufacturing defects, misprint/embroidery errors, or sizing/placement deviating materially from the approved proof.
- Wrong item, wrong color, or wrong size delivered (beyond normal industry tolerances).
- Short shipment (missing quantities) verified during quality check.
Industry tolerances: color variance ~3–5%, garment sizing ±1 inch, print/embroidery placement ±5 mm.
4) What Does Not Qualify
- Differences due to screen-to-fabric color rendering within stated tolerances.
- Wear & tear, improper care, or usage damage after delivery.
- Design mistakes present in the customer-approved proof.
- Unapproved brand/logo usage disputes arising from assets supplied by the customer.
5) How to Request a Replacement/Refund
- Report window: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for defects/short shipments;
within 3 days for standard (non-custom) returns.
- Contact: Email support@texud.com with order ID, description, and photos/videos of the issue.
- Inspection: We may arrange pickup or request return to our service address for quality verification.
- Resolution: If approved, we will prioritize replacement. If replacement is not feasible, a refund will be processed.
6) Condition of Returned Goods (Standard Items)
- Must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags/labels intact.
- Any promotional/free items bundled with the order must be returned.
7) Refund Method & Timeline
- Method: Refunded to the original payment method (Card/MFS/Bank). COD orders typically receive refund via bank/MFS as instructed by the customer.
- Timeline: Within 7–10 business days after approval. Bank processing times may vary.
- Partial refunds: If only part of an order is affected, refund is limited to the affected items/quantities.
8) Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) convenience fees (once service is rendered).
- Approved paid samples, artwork setup, urgent handling fees.
- Any government taxes/levies already remitted (if not reclaimable by Texud under law).
9) Cancellations
- Custom orders: Non-cancellable after proof approval and/or production start. Pre-production costs may apply if cancelled earlier.
- Standard items: May be cancelled before dispatch. If already dispatched, treat as a return (see Sections 2 & 6).
10) Damages in Transit
Please refuse visibly damaged cartons at delivery when possible and notify us immediately.
Hidden damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos of packaging and product.
11) Chargebacks
If you initiate a card chargeback while a refund/replacement claim is under review,
Texud may suspend investigation until the card network dispute is resolved.
12) Force Majeure
Events beyond reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, carrier failures, utility/network outages) may delay pickups, inspections, or refunds.
We will act in good faith to resolve as quickly as practicable.

- শিপিং ও COD চার্জ সাধারণত রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়।
